Randy provides senior leadership for the major gifts and planned giving programs at Asbury University, helping donors understand Biblical stewardship while connecting their passions with Kingdom work.
Randy’s daughter is a member of the class of 2026. He shared, “From the first time we set foot on Asbury’s campus, we knew that God was at work in this place. It is amazing that God’s call for my daughter to come to Asbury would also lead to my wife and I both serving here.”
After earning a B.S. degree in Human Services from Tennessee Wesleyan University, Randy began a career in the nonprofit field, first as a counselor and pastor for children and youth, and then as a fundraising professional. He came to Asbury after serving three years as the Director of Development and Legacy Giving for Biblica, a global ministry focused on Bible translation, access and engagement. He also served as the Vice President for Advancement at Tennessee Wesleyan.
Randy and his wife, Stephanie, have four sons and a daughter. They are also part of the grandparents’ club with a grandson and granddaughter. Outside of the office, Randy stays busy on their small farm in Harrodsburg.
