BIO Dovetail Practice is the collaboration of Josh + Margaret Park Smith. Since 2005, their work has been shown and sold nationally and internationally in places such as the Orange County Museum of Art, Urban Outfitters, and most recently the New Museum of Contemporary Art in NYC. Currently, Dovetail Practice is represented by the American Design Club based out of Brooklyn, NY. Professor Park makes ceramic work that includes screen-printing processes on clay. She has a strong interest in the role ceramics plays as an enduring part of material culture and hopes to help students make those integral connections.
