Annette holds an M.S. in Management and Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific College and a B.S. in Communications from Oregon State University. For the past 20 years, she has worked in both public and private K-12 schools throughout the country. While a district Superintendent and Advancement officer, she increased annual giving, enriched program offerings, and created and captained strategic initiatives to further the missions of the organizations she served.
Annette sensed God leading her to use her experiences and strengths in higher education. She shares, “Asbury is a very special place that is committed to making an intentional impact on students’ lives. I believe that the University’s story of faith, holiness and humility has and will continue to shape families for generations. It is a magnificent story to share.”
As the Director of Annual Giving, she is responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that will enrich outreach, maximize engagement and ensure good stewardship of student scholarships. She looks forward to collaborating with numerous department teams in furthering the mission and philanthropic endeavors of the University.
Annette and her husband have recently moved to Kentucky from Florida. They have four grown children and thirteen grandchildren.
