Asbury University students may order books from Asbury’s virtual bookstore and charge the purchase to their student account.
An email is sent to students a few weeks prior to the semester indicating a purchasing authorization limit is available at the Asbury virtual bookstore. This is not financial aid or additional financial aid. It is an authorization limit only to charge purchases to the student’s Asbury student account. This is provided so a student may utilize his or her financial aid to pay for books. Any virtual bookstore charges added to a student’s account may increase the Term Billing Summary Amount Due.
The Music Department may charge for formal wear.
Formal wear charges should be paid at the Music Department.
Any unpaid charges for formal wear, along with a $5 service charge, will be added to the student’s account
Health Clinic charges should be paid at the Health Clinic.
Any unpaid health clinic charges at the end of a month, along with a $5 service charge, will be added to the student’s account.
Library charges for overdue books and unreturned materials should be paid at the Library.
Any unpaid library charges at the end of a month, along with a $5 service charge, will be added to the student’s account.
Parking fines are paid through the AU Parking App.
All delinquent citations will have fines doubled and will be added to the student’s account, along with a $5 service charge.
Students may utilize the printers in the Kinlaw library up to a certain quantity.
Any printing over the quantity allotment is charged to the student at the end of the semester.
Residence Life charges, for damages or fines, should be paid directly to Residence Life.
Any unpaid resident hall damages or fines, during or at the end of the semester, will be added to the student’s account along with a $5 service charge.
All full-time undergraduate students are required by Asbury University to carry minimum medical insurance.
During Financial Registration, students must provide proof of adequate coverage elsewhere or enroll in the medical insurance plan offered by the University.
