When you submit your deposit to officially join the Class of 2028, you’ll be able to sign up for Eagle Days, our brand-new summer orientation events that give you a taste of the Asbury experience and streamline your arrival on campus in August.
Here’s how to submit your deposit:
- To make your $200 deposit online, click the button above to log into your Asbury application checklist.
- If you’re submitting a deposit for someone else, please fill out this short form, and we’ll email you a unique link that will let you submit a payment quickly and easily.
- Payments are made through a secure server, and your card number (or check routing number) is never stored.
- To make your $200 deposit via mail, make checks payable to Asbury University and send to:

When you submit a pre-tuition deposit, it will be credited to your student account. Deposits are refundable before May 1 (Fall Term) and December 1 (Spring Term).
