Accepted Students

Congratulations on your acceptance to Asbury University! We’re thrilled to welcome you into our community and we hope you’re just as excited to come here.

Now that you’re in, you’re probably wondering what to do next. We put together the following list of next steps, and we also made a personalized Asbury Checklist online so you can access forms and see what we need in real time.

Already deposited? See what’s next for you here!

Accessing Your Asbury Checklist

Your Asbury Checklist is an online page that updates in real time with your next steps to Asbury – from now until you move to campus. It is password protected so that we can include information specific to you, and it includes a PDF version of your decision letter for you to read, download and print.

If you applied through the Asbury application, use the same email address and password to log in to your Asbury Checklist.

If you applied through Common App, use the link in your “Next Steps to Asbury” email to set up your Asbury Checklist account. (You should receive the email within 48 hours of submitting your application to Asbury.)

Your Next Steps

  1. FAFSA – Starting October 1, file your FAFSA for federal and state aid and have it sent to us using school ID 001952 (we might appear as Asbury College).
  2. Apply for Asbury aid – Submit your Financial Aid & Scholarships Form through your Asbury Checklist so we can find additional scholarships and grants for you. (If you don’t want Asbury scholarships, just answer the first question so we can process your financial aid offer.)
  3. Financial Aid phone call – Schedule a phone call with your Admissions Counselor to walk through your financial aid offer. Your Counselor is fully trained to help you with all of your financial aid and scholarship questions.
  4. Accept/decline financial aid offer – Accept or decline your financial aid offer online through the Asbury Student Portal.
  5. Pay your depositPay your pre-tuition deposit – by June 1 for priority class registration – to confirm your spot in the new class once you know you want to join the Asbury community.
