Pop-Up Blocker Info

With the TRANSACT (formerly CASHNet) Account Online system and our upgraded portal, information may be displayed in a new window or tab. This allows you to choose whether to keep the payment portal available for viewing while you navigate throughout the rest of the system. In order to view certain information, you will need to Allow Pop-ups from https://online.asbury.edu.

While Asbury can’t know exactly what setting on your computer could be blocking pop-ups, we have provided some helpful links below:

Google Chrome:

  • Click the Menu icon in the upper right corner that looks like 3 dots in a row (Customize and Control Google Chrome)
  • Click Settings
  • Scroll to the Bottom and click Advanced
  • Click Content Settings
  • Click Popups
  • Click Add to the right of Allow
  • Type https://online.asbury.edu
  • Click Add and Close Settings

For additional assistance with Google Chrome, please access http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95472

Mozilla Firefox:

  • Click Tools from the Menu Bar
  • Click Options
  • Click Content from the Menu on the Left side bar
  • Click Exceptions
  • Type https://online.asbury.edu and Click Allow
  • Save Changes

For additional assistance with Mozilla Firefox, please access http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Pop-up%20blocker

Safari:

  • Click Safari
  • Click Preferences
  • Click Security
  • Uncheck “Block Pop-up Windows”

iPhone/iPad (Safari):

  • Open the Settings app
  • Scroll down and tap Safari
  • Scroll down and turn off Block Pop-ups

Note: In Safari, if you see a check mark next to ’Block Pop-Up Windows,’ then pop-ups will be blocked for all websites. If this box is not checked, then pop-ups will not be blocked for any website.

If these instructions do not enable you to view the bill, please use the Google search link to find more information on disabling pop-up blockers:

You also may want to check to see if you have an additional toolbar that is blocking pop-ups, such as a Yahoo or Google toolbar.

Authorized Users: If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing the bill, you may want to ask your student for help changing the settings on your computer.
