Our office provides customer service and counseling assistance for tuition bill payment and student account analysis. We also oversee the online Financial Registration process and electronic billing.
At Asbury we want to facilitate for all students, regardless of location, easy and convenient ways to provide payment.
Online payments can only be made from the Student Portal, unless the student has authorized other payers.
Student Portal Instructions:
In Person – The Cashier’s Office is located on the second floor of the Hager Administration Building in the Controller’s Office. The Cashier accepts cash or check payments only.
Phone – Payments cannot be accepted by phone.

Asbury University partners with two vendors to provide international with options to make secure student account wire payments. Both Flywire and Pay My Tuition offer excellent customer support, and payment tracking from start to finish. We encourage you to compare rates and choose the option that works best for you.
Flywire accepts payments from international students worldwide. Easily and securely make education payments in your own currency, using local payment methods from the safety and convenience of your home.

PayMyTuition allows you make international tuition payments from any bank, in any country in any currency at better than bank exchange rates. PayMyTuition is fast, simple, and cost effective.
All students are required to complete Financial Registration including the Statement of Financial Responsibility prior to the start of each semester. Undergraduate students also need to confirm residence, select a meal plan and enter health insurance and vehicle information.
Log into the Asbury Student Portal and choose: Financial Registration. Required choices will be printed in red until complete. Your choices will be saved as pending charges on the Term Billing Summary. There will be a $37 late fee assessed if Financial Registration is not completed by the first day of class.
Your balance is what remains after scholarships, grants, and loans are applied on your Fall Term Billing Summary.
If Financial Registration is not completed by August 15, late fees may apply—and you may risk being withdrawn from classes.
All external scholarship awards and Church Match forms with payment must be received by August 1 in the Financial Aid Office. Federal loans will be included on your Term Billing Summary onceany necessary federal loan steps are completed at studentaid.gov and the offer is accepted. Financial Registration must be completed by August 15 (or your approved early arrival date, if applicable) to move into campus housing and start the fall semester — and avoid late fees or holds on your account.
The Student Accounts Office communicates with students using their Asbury email. Messages from our office are often time-sensitive and should be reviewed as soon as possible to determine if action is required.
