Yes, eligible refunds are typically processed weekly.
Asbury partners with BankMobile to send refunds directly to your bank account. Be sure your BankMobile information is accurate each semester.
If you would like to leave an overpayment on your account for a future semester, you may request this by emailing Student Accounts.
Overpayments due to college savings fund payments or international wire transfers are held for a future semester or returned to the funding source, if applicable.
Credit balances held are reviewed at the end of each academic year to determine if the credit can be carried forward to the next academic year.
No. The dollar amount is a purchase authorization limit only.
Having the authorization limit allows you to charge Asbury Virtual Bookstore purchases to your student account so your financial aid may be used to cover the purchase. Verify you have enough pending financial aid to cover all your tuition, housing, meal plan, fees, and books. Any amount not covered by your pending financial aid requires payment by you. Payment plans set up prior to making purchases at the bookstore may require the student to adjust the amount of the payment plan accordingly.
Students are given specific time frames to make payment of parking fines, health clinic charges, or other miscellaneous fines to the respective departments.
When students do not pay, the charges are forwarded to Student Accounts. The charge plus a $5 service charge per department charge is posted to the student’s account.

International traditional undergraduate students who are not already covered by their own health insurance are required to be enrolled in the university-endorsed health insurance plan.
Scholarship checks, church matches, and third-party scholarship documentation should be submitted to the Financial Aid Office.

According to the Family Education and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), financial affairs staff cannot disclose information about a student’s account to anyone other than the student without proper authorization on file.
Students can authorize approved individuals through the Asbury Student Portal by completing the Release of Financial Information form.
Yes. Students can share portal access through the Share Portal Access section of the student portal. An invitation will be sent directly to the email address you provide.

Meal plan changes may be made through Thursday at 5 p.m. during the first week. After that deadline, meal plans cannot be changed for the semester. Please contact Residence Life with meal plan questions
Eagle Bucks are funds connected to your student ID card that can be used across campus for purchases such as:
Unused Eagle Bucks carry over to the next semester. Remaining balances are forfeited after graduation or withdrawal from the university

No. Dropping a course after the add/drop period does not reduce tuition charges.
