Housing for Families

Community Standards
We request that guests wear modest attire appropriate to the dignity of the occasion. In keeping with our college policy and State Fire Regulations, we request that guests refrain from smoking in all campus buildings. Pets are not permitted in any campus facility.
Parking
Parking for guests is provided in the lot behind Doddridge-Holland Student Center; lots behind Hamman-Ray Science Center, Johnson and Trustees dormitories; Kinlaw Library lot; lots at both ends of the Fine Arts Building; James Street lot (by the soccer field); Luce Center lot; and Kresge lot.
Please refrain from parking in the administration lot behind the Cafeteria, in the lot directly behind the Fletcher-Early Student Development Center, and anywhere on the semi-circle. The semi-circle is to be kept available for handicap parking if necessary.
Telephone Service
Courtesy phones are available for guests to use in the lobby of each dorm, in the Hager Administration Building, the Cafeteria lobby, CPO lobby, and in the entry to the Grille on the second floor of the Cafeteria. The college telephone switchboard is located in the Hager Administration Building, which is open 24 hours a day (859-858-3511).
Persons in dormitories may simply dial “0” on the lobby phone to reach the switchboard. For medical emergencies, call “9,911” from a courtesy phone. After calling in the emergency, dial “0” to report it to the switchboard.
