We are so excited to welcome you to the Asbury Community! We hope your time at Asbury will be one of growth and transformation, and we are excited to see how God will make you into the person you are meant to be. Welcome Weekend is intended to jump-start that process by helping you dive into the Asbury Community.
All first-time freshmen and new transfer students enrolling full-time in the traditional undergraduate program (both residential students and commuters) are expected to attend, and we are confident the informational sessions will help you make a successful transition into the semester.
Students should plan to arrive between 9-11 a.m. on Friday, January 5 and report directly to the Kinlaw Library to receive Welcome Weekend materials and complete the required Semester Check-In process. Residential students will move into the residence halls after completing the Semester Check-In.

Please register to confirm your attendance at Welcome Weekend and the number of family members or guests coming with you. A complimentary lunch and dinner will be provided to you and your guests on Friday. Family members and guests will depart following dinner, while Welcome Weekend sessions and activities continue for students.
