We are excited to be hosting on-campus Visit Events!
Please note: In order to follow recommendations as outlined by our COVID-19 Task Force, the CDC, and government officials, space will be limited to 25 registrants (+1 person to accompany the student) for all Spring 2021 events. If you are unable to travel or an event has reached capacity, we invite you to join one of our online visit options listed below.
The Office of Admissions is closely monitoring and following Asbury University’s official COVID-19 Response. Visits will follow all official recommendations, including the use of masks while visiting campus. If you do not have a mask for your visit, we can provide one for you.
We are happy to set up a campus visit designed specifically for you. A typical visit to Asbury takes 2-3 hours and includes the following activities:
- Campus tour
- Chapel–which we highly recommend!
(Monday and Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m., and Monday and Wednesday at 4 p.m.)
- Meeting with your admissions counselor which will include an overview of financial aid
In addition, we can arrange for you to attend a class*, and coordinate a meeting with a professor or coach. Please let us know when you register if you would like to add any of these additional options.
*Please note that depending on COVID-19 safety plans and guidelines, a virtual class visit may be substituted in lieu of attending a class in person. You will be notified of the type of class visit ahead of time. Thank you for understanding.
We can accommodate personalized visits almost anytime, however due to visit events, holidays, or scheduled campus events (Spring Break, Finals Exams, etc.) there are some dates where campus visits are either limited or not available. When scheduling your visit, please keep in mind that we schedule visits during the weekdays and Saturday mornings (tours only), but not on Sundays. Our Saturday hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and include a campus tour. Please sign up for the one hour slot that best fits your schedule. We are limiting one family per hour at this time. Spanish- or Mandarin-speaking campus tours are available upon request.
