We’re glad that you’re ready to return to Asbury and finish your degree! A few things may have changed about our application process since the last time you did this, so please read carefully.

Application Process

  1. Complete and submit the online application.
  2. Send in transcripts from every institution you have attended since you were last enrolled at Asbury. Transcripts should be sent directly from the institution to the Asbury University Admission Office.
  3. Keep an eye on your online Asbury Checklist for next steps.

Asbury Checklist

Your Asbury Checklist is an online system that allows you to see in real time what we need you to do to move forward in the process of coming to Asbury. This online Checklist will be your main source of information and next steps from the time you submit your application until you move on campus.

How to log in: Use the same email address and password that you used for your Asbury application. Common App applicants should set up their Asbury Checklist login credentials using the link in the “Next Steps” email that will arrive within 48 hours after application submission.

After Admission

Upon acceptance to the University, you can pay your pre-tuition deposit of $200.00 by logging in to your Asbury Checklist or by clicking here.

Once your deposit has been processed, you are cleared to register for classes and should contact the Registrar’s Office at (859) 858-3511, x2325 to confirm what you need to take. The requirements for majors and the Foundations liberal arts core can change from  year to year and you will need to work with the Registrar’s Office to determine if any of your requirements have changed.
