Because high schools calculate GPAs differently, Asbury reviews each transcript and recalculates GPAs on a standardized 4.0 scale. This ensures every student is evaluated fairly and considered for the highest possible merit scholarship.
Merit scholarships are awarded annually based on this recalculated GPA.
* Awards for the 2026-27 Academic Year. ** Students with a GPA of 4.0 + will be invited to Scholarship Competition held in January prior to the year the student plans to enroll. All attendees will compete for multiple scholarships at this competition.

Earn a $1000 visit scholarship* for scheduling and attending any personalized visit or any official visit event held by the Asbury Admissions Office. Must visit by May 1 of your senior year to qualify.

A $3,000 scholarship is available for students who reside outside of Kentucky.
