Asbury University may be located in Wilmore, KY, but its reach and instructional opportunities span the globe.  Communications students have frequent opportunities to visit cultural hubs around the world and learn from the best in the business, such as the Christian agent in New York City who landed Liam Neeson the job as the voice of Aslan in the famous Narnia movies.  Interns have also spread across the globe, ranging from one student who worked in India to fight against human sex trafficking to another who interned at the Pentagon talking to Emmy-winning producers and negotiating whether or not the U.S. Air Force would support their next blockbuster film.  Special events draw the world’s best talent to campus and allow students not only to learn but also to apply what they are learning in real-world situations.
