Dan Lewis is originally from New Jersey but after 15 years in the Bluegrass, calls the Commonwealth Home. His undergrad degree from Ursinus College is in Economics and Business Administration, his Masters of Divinity is from Fuller Theological Seminary and his Doctorate of Missiology from Asbury Theological Seminary focused on Emerging Missional Leadership Development. Dan served on staff with Young Life for 21 years and has served as the Executive Director of the River Foundation, the missional giving arm of First Southern National Bank, since 2008. Dan has been an adjunct professor with Asbury University since 2003 and is excited to be part of the Dayton School of business.
Chad Wadlington began teaching part time at Asbury in 2010. He is a practicing attorney who assists start-ups and established small businesses with risk management and litigation. He has structured and closed numerous complex commercial transactions. Wadlington has a B.A. from Murray State University and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky.
Tim is passionate about integrating Christian faith and values into holistic business education and preparing students to use business as a vehicle for doing good in the world. His mission is to help students think critically and work collaboratively to address significant business and societal opportunities and challenges.
Tim has extensive business experience working for corporations that included Exxon, IBM, and Lexmark International. For more than 20 years, he held executive positions as Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development and Head of International Business Development. Tim traveled extensively in these roles throughout Asia and Europe and had a one-year assignment in Europe. Earlier in his career, Tim also held management positions in finance, marketing, business planning, and product planning after starting his career as an engineer. He was an instructor for Lexmark’s Management Development Program. Tim also taught a class in Systems Thinking and Team Learning that espoused a more holistic approach to business using a collaborative team approach.
