Pricing
$1,583.00 per person. Includes three credit hour of academic credit for PS 393.
Reservations
You must submit your first deposit of $300 by January 31st in order to secure your spot on this travel course.
Payment Schedule
- Reserve your spot by submitting a $300 deposit by January 31st.
- Second deposit of $500 is due on February 28th.
- Third deposit of $500 is due on March 28th.
- Fourth deposit of $283 is due on April 25th.
Included in the Tour Price
- Three credit hours of academic credit
- Apartment style housing at the Dellenback Center with access to full kitchen and in-apartment laundry. There are also common spaces, including a workout room and rooftop deck.
- Self-serve breakfast bar and group lunches
- Some dinners will be provided
- All local transportation and local excursions, including admission fees
- Pre-loaded Metro card
Not Included in the Tour Price
- Personal Expenditures (e.g. cell phone charges, souvenirs, etc.)
- Students are responsible for finding their own transportation to and from Washington, D.C.
- Additional snacks and meals
- Additional travels beyond the scheduled itinerary
Cancellation
If it is necessary to cancel one’s reservation, please promptly do so in writing. Here is a schedule of penalties that apply, depending upon when the cancellation occurs:
- After February 15th, deposits are nonrefundable.
- If by that point that the student cancels and Asbury has already submitted payment for housing in Washington, D.C., students will be committed to pay $550 total to cover for the cost of housing.
