7 p.m. Fall Preview Check-in | Shaw Collaborative Learning Center

For families with current high school students (or potential transfer students) who registered in advance for this Admissions visit event

8 p.m. Creative Night of Worship | Rader Student Center

Join students and spoken word poet Lo Alaman in an evening celebrating the arts in worship!

10 a.m. Chapel | Hughes Auditorium (Speaker: Lo Alaman, preacher, writer, and spoken word poet)

Due to seating limitations, students will remain in their assigned seats while family members sit in Balcony section A (organ side, closest to the stage)

1 – 3 p.m. Admissions Open House | Welcome Center (Corbitt Hall)

Campus tours depart at 1 and 2 p.m.

1 – 3 p.m. Alumni Open House | Alumni House

1 – 3 p.m. Kinlaw Library Open House

  • Art + Design Photo Lab Open House – Hamann-Ray 312 Tour the lab and watch students demonstrate photographic techniques.

4 – 5 p.m. Club Sports Open Gym | Luce Physical Activities Center

Watch a demonstration of Asbury’s club sports teams for pickleball, roundnet (spikeball), disc golf, ultimate frisbee, and men’s volleyball and even give one a try!

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. Family Weekend Band & Orchestra Concert | Jameson Recital Hall

8 – 10 p.m. Game Night | Shaw CLC Luce Auditorium

Students and families participate in a variety of card and board games and watch a fun game show!

11 a.m. Family Weekend Ensemble Concert & Reception | Jameson Recital Hall

1 p.m. Baseball vs. Alumni | Kirkland Complex

2 p.m. Women’s Soccer vs. LaGrange College (Senior Day) | Soccer Field

4 – 7 p.m. World Gospel Mission Goat Roast | WGM Student Center

A fun cultural experience including goat meat, live music and yard games

Visit the Wilmore Arts & Crafts Festival 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4 in downtown Wilmore! Stroll East Main Street and the Downtown Green and shop from over 80 vendors providing a wide variety of art work and handcrafted items. Enjoy food trucks, live music and more. Event is held rain or shine!
