Get Ready for Spring 2026 Welcome Weekend

We are so excited to welcome you to the Asbury Community! We hope your time at Asbury will be one of growth and transformation, and we are excited to see how God will make you into the person you are meant to be. Welcome Weekend is intended to jump-start that process by helping you dive into the Asbury Community.

Important Information

• All first-time freshmen and new transfer students enrolling full-time in the traditional undergraduate program (both residential students and commuters) are expected to attend.
• Students should plan to arrive between 9-11 a.m. on Friday, January 9th and report directly to the Kinlaw Library to receive Welcome Weekend materials and complete the required Semester Check-In process. 
• Residential students will move into the residence halls after completing the Semester Check-In. 
• Please register by completing the form emailed to you to confirm your attendance at Spring Welcome Weekend.
