About Chapel at Asbury

Chapel is the heartbeat of Asbury University. The Asbury community — students, faculty and staff — gather each Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 10 a.m. for chapel. It is a rich tradition of hearing from the Word of God and worshipping together.

Chapel attendance is an integral part of the Asbury student experience. Each chapel is intentionally crafted under one of four chapel frames:

• Kingdom Community: Local & global church reflecting the diversity of God’s kingdom.
• Hands of Service: Godly wisdom overflowing as acts of service for neighbor, orphan, widow and sojourner.
• Renewed Mind: Being shaped by Scripture toward what is good, right, and true!
• Heart Holiness: Trusting Jesus Christ for salvation and sanctification.
