Asbury University invites high school students to explore what it means to be called into ministry in this unique conference. We can help you discern God's call on your life and provide practical ways to live out that call now!

Experience heart changing worship, energetic main sessions, community building and breakouts to prepare you for God's specific call for your life. Learn from ministry practitioners and professors for preparation in youth ministry, compassionate ministry/missions, worship ministry, age level ministry, discipleship, pastoral ministry and more.

Guest Speaker, Fall 2014

Randy Rainwater
Randy Rainwater

Randy Ezra Rainwater has been the Pastor of Students at Grace Church Snellville for 16 years. A 27 year veteran of youth ministry, he leads a team of staff and parents, reaching over a thousand high school and middle school students each week. Empowering a generation of disciplers, is the heartbeat of this growing movement. 

In addition Randy serves as board chairman of Campus Thrive, a student led middle school program with weekly attendance over 800 students. Randy also serves as a volunteer with NG3, a chaplain ministry to local sports teams. A regular speaker at Private and Public school conferences and Church retreats, Randy weaves biblical truth with stories of life that speak to both adults and students. Randy is a graduate of Asbury University and Reformed Theological Seminary. 

Though he loves ministry, it comes after family. Married to Anita for 25 years, they have raised three children. Daniel is married and serves at Grace in the worship arts department. Elizabeth is at at Berry College in the Winshape Leadership Program. Sarah is at Georgia College and is an intern at Grace in the middle school department. Randy loves all things UK basketball, Tennessee Walking horses, a long bike ride, every type of music and anything outdoors.

How Much Does It Cost?

The registration fee for the CALL Conference is $20. The registration fee can be paid online through Paypal at the link below.

What Are My Housing Options?

Students are invited to stay on-campus and get the real college experience in one of Asbury's residence halls. Parents and youth pastors are encouraged to stay at a local hotels or bed & breakfast, some of which offer a special rate for Asbury visitors.

What Should I Bring?

If you are staying overnight in a residence hall, bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, and any necessary toiletries. You'll also want to bring your Bible and journal (if you have one).

All participants under the age of 18 must have a completed waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to participate in the the Challenge Course activity.
