The Mathematics major prepares you for graduate study in mathematics, mathematical physics, operations research, statistics, or a related area that relies heavily upon the foundation of theoretical mathematics.

The Mathematics major prepares you for graduate study in mathematics, mathematical physics, operations research, statistics, or a related area that relies heavily upon the foundation of theoretical mathematics.
Actuarial Math majors prepare to take the actuarial exams by taking courses such as Data Science, Probability, Managerial Accounting, International Financial Markets, and Principles of Finance.
Asbury University offers a dual-degree program in Engineering in cooperation with the University of Kentucky (UK), which is located in nearby Lexington. Students in this program take courses at AU for three years and then transfer to the University of Kentucky for an additional two to three years to complete the requirements for one of seven engineering degrees.
Math education courses offer you breadth in mathematics and its applications. Teachers of Mathematics in both public and private middle and high schools are in very high demand.
