I.T. Services supports two types of AV events: staffed and unstaffed. See the details on these type of events below as well as forms to request event support.
AV Event Request Form – for staffed events
This request form allows you to request a staffed event with a sound system and other resources. Please note: outside groups must request support through Conference Services.
AV Event Setup Form – for setups, no staff present during event
This request form allows you to request equipment to be setup for independent use on campus (no staff, no sound system). Please Note: This form only allows for a setup of video presentation and related equipment. We do not set up sound systems for independent use, events that need sound should fill out a staffed AV Event Request (see above).
