Position Summary

The T.W. Lewis Dayton School of Business Intern supports grant-funded student development initiatives centered on the Capstone Course and related programming utilizing the Solid Ground book.

This internship helps students prepare for life after graduation by reinforcing core principles of character, leadership, self-awareness, decision-making, and professional readiness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Dean of the Dayton School of Business with administration and support of T.W. Lewis grant initiatives, including planning and coordination of the T.W. Lewis Speaker Series, and supporting relevant faculty on the Business Capstone Course.
• Support integration of the Solid Ground book into Capstone Course activities and student development programming.
• Assist with business development initiatives, including relationship management, external contacts, partnerships, and development of the DSB network.
• Assist the Dean with strategic projects and initiatives, including identifying and developing operational efficiencies within the School.
• Help coordinate DSB events, speakers, internships, career fairs, communications, and student engagement activities.
• Perform additional duties and projects assigned and/or approved by the Dean.
