Part-Time HICCUP Summer Barista

There are multiple part-time HICCUP Summer Barista positions open for 2026. HICCUP Summer Barista’s can expect to work a maximum of 20-30 hours a week, and they will be paid hourly. If trips or vacations are planned, knowing that before the summer begins is ideal, but management needs to know at least two weeks in advance. The summer barista can anticipate the possibility of working from May 5^th, 2026 to August 10^th, 2026.

• Barista Experience
  • Arrive on time to each shift and fulfill shift duties
  • Follow expectations and guidelines for opening and closing shifts (includes lifting trash bags, thoroughly cleaning, etc)
  • Be present behind the bar
  • Maintain a clean workspace
  • Make quality drinks in a timely, concise manner
  • Regularly monitor workspace to restock items when necessary
  • Follow Asbury’s community standards, including dress code
  • Maintain a professional, service-oriented, hospitable attitude behind bar and on shift
  • Work events outside of the normally scheduled HICCUP Summer hours
  • Read and adhere to the HICCUP Operations Manual
  • Be kind and supportive to fellow employees
  • Communicate in a timely and concise manner when you have a scheduling conflict (two weeks advance for longer trips)
