Nursing Scholars Program

Student FAQ

Recipients commit to working full-time for CHI Saint Joseph Health in Kentucky for 24 months after graduation and licensure.

Repayment is required—either prorated based on months worked or in full (with interest) if employment is declined.

Asbury faculty will provide academic advising and help identify alternative academic pathways; scholarship terms still apply.

Clinical rotations with CHI begin in August 2027, with graduation expected May 2029 for the first cohort.  Recipients will also have externship and practicum opportunities with CHI.
