The conference-wide recognition highlights Asbury University student-athletes’ commitment to excellence in the classroom while competing at the NCAA Division III level.
In its second year as a member of the conference, 134 Asbury student-athletes have been named to the 2025-2026 Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Academic All-Conference Team for maintaining at least a 3.3 GPA or better throughout the 2025-26 academic year.
Student-athletes with a 3.9 GPA or higher were considered for the CCS President’s Honor Roll, including 36 TeamAU student-athletes.
The 134 representatives from AU mark the second-highest number in the conference, behind Belhaven with 137 Academic All-Conference student-athletes.
These student-athletes embody the true meaning of student-athlete, showcasing outstanding performance both in their academic pursuits and athletic endeavors."

We are proud to honor their hard work and celebrate their exceptional accomplishments. Congratulations to all the honorees on their well-deserved recognition!” This was the fourth season that the CCS has honored the academic achievements of student-athletes from nine NCAA Division III member institutions across Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Honorees were selected from the conference’s 14 championship sports.

TeamAU sponsors 16 intercollegiate sports, as well as cheerleading and six club sports representing more than 350 student-athletes. Men’s sports include: baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, and track and field. Women’s sports include: basketball, cross country, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field, and volleyball.
Asbury competes as a member of the NCAA Division III, the Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS), and the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).
