Asbury University’s Taylor Bobb ’12 Collingsworth Appointed to CCCU Alumni Affairs Directors Group

Taylor Bobb ’12 Collingsworth’s appointment reflects Asbury University’s continued commitment to serving and shaping Christian higher education through leadership, collaboration, and alumni engagement.

Asbury University Assistant Director of Alumni Relations Taylor Bobb ’12 Collingsworth has been appointed to the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) Alumni Affairs Directors Group, a national leadership opportunity that will connect her with alumni relations professionals from Christ-centered institutions across the United States, Canada, and beyond.

The appointment recognizes Collingsworth’s dedication to fostering meaningful relationships between alumni and their alma maters while advancing the mission of Christian higher education. Effective immediately, she will collaborate with fellow alumni leaders to share best practices, strengthen alumni engagement strategies, and support initiatives that encourage lifelong connections between graduates and their institutions.

Collingsworth’s appointment expands Asbury University’s national influence by placing another university leader in a strategic role that helps strengthen Christ-centered higher education through alumni engagement.

Collingsworth joins a growing list of Asbury administrators serving in leadership roles across the CCCU. Jennifer McChord serves as Chairperson of the Commission for Enrollment and Admissions Marketing, Leslie Kurtz serves on the Commission for Financial Aid Administrators, and Jeannie Banter ’06 serves on the Commission for Campus Ministry Directors. Together, these appointments demonstrate Asbury’s ongoing commitment to contributing expertise and servant leadership across multiple areas of Christian higher education.

The CCCU Alumni Affairs Directors Group provides a collaborative forum where alumni relations professionals exchange ideas, develop resources, and encourage one another in cultivating lifelong engagement among graduates of Christ-centered colleges and universities. Through ongoing collaboration, members explore innovative ways to strengthen alumni networks, support institutional missions, and inspire graduates to remain connected through service, philanthropy, mentorship, and advocacy.

Founded in 1976, the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities is a global association representing more than 170 Christ-centered institutions. The organization serves as a leading voice for Christian higher education, advancing its mission of transforming lives through the integration of scholarship, service, and biblical truth. Today, the CCCU includes more than 130 campuses in the United States and Canada, along with 30 additional campuses across 18 countries, all dedicated to preparing graduates who think deeply, act justly, and live faithfully.
