Asbury University Reports 99% Career Outcomes Rate for 2025 Graduates

Equipped for What’s Next: Asbury 2025 Graduates Achieve 99% Career Outcomes

Christ-centered academics, transformational experiences, and faculty mentorship prepare graduates for meaningful work, continued education, and lives of purpose.

Ninety-nine percent of Asbury University’s 2025 traditional undergraduate graduates were working or continuing their education through graduate school, fellowships, or internships within six months of graduation. Based on a 92.5% knowledge rate, Asbury’s career outcomes rate exceeds the national bachelor’s-degree career outcomes rate of 85.7%, as reported by NACE’s First Destinations for the college class of 2025.

The results reflect Asbury’s commitment to preparing students for lives of purpose through Christ-centered academics, transformational learning experiences, and intentional faculty mentorship. While career outcomes are an important measure of student success, the University’s mission extends beyond employment preparation to developing graduates who are equipped to serve faithfully in their professions, communities, churches, and families.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

Throughout their time at Asbury, students gain practical experience through internships, research opportunities, leadership development, ministry involvement, and other hands-on learning experiences. Combined with a strong liberal arts foundation and close relationships with faculty and staff mentors, these opportunities help graduates transition successfully into the next stage of their journey.

Members of the Class of 2025 accepted positions across a variety of industries, including business, education, healthcare, media, ministry, nonprofit leadership, and public service. Others continued their education through graduate and professional programs, fellowships, and internships.
While we celebrate our 99% career outcomes rate, what excites us most is seeing graduates step into roles where they can use their gifts to serve others and glorify God. Our goal has never been simply employment after graduation, but preparation for a lifetime of faithful leadership, meaningful work, and Christ-centered impact."

The career outcomes data complements several other indicators of student success at Asbury. The University reports 86.1% of first-time, full-time freshmen return for their second year at Asbury, compared to a national average of 69.5%, offers more than 120 areas of study, and provides financial aid or scholarships to 100% of traditional undergraduate students.

For Asbury graduates, success is measured not only by where they begin after graduation, but by how they are prepared to make a lasting impact wherever God leads them.
