Asbury University is investing in the future of healthcare education through a major renovation of the second floor of Hamann-Ray, creating new spaces that will strengthen the University’s Nursing program and expand opportunities for student learning.

Asbury plans to complete the renovation by Spring 2027. The project will create a modern educational environment that supports hands-on training, collaborative learning, and advanced clinical preparation for nursing students.

The renovated space will include a high-fidelity simulation lab, human anatomy lab and classroom, clinical skills lab, simulation control and debrief room, updated classrooms, faculty offices, and a dedicated student study and conference room. The design will allow students to practice clinical skills, strengthen critical thinking abilities, and gain experience in realistic healthcare environments before entering professional settings.
