7:45 – 8:30 a.m.	Eagle Day Check-in Admissions Welcome Center (101 Bethel Street)
8:30 – 9:15 a.m.	Welcome Eagles! Shaw CLC Luce Auditorium
9:15 – 10:30 a.m.	Eagle Flight Crew (Students Only) Rader Student Center Play icebreaker games and build community with your future classmates at Asbury. Parent & Family Session Shaw CLC Luce Auditorium Find parent resources and hear from students as they share what they wish their families knew before Asbury.
10:30 – 10:45 a.m.	Snack Break Shaw CLC Colonnade and Patio
10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.	Language Placement Exam Morrison Hall (Only for students who registered)
10:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.	Asbury 101 Shaw CLC Luce Auditorium For parents and guests, as well as students not taking the language placement exam.
11:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.	Semester Check In Appointments Kinlaw Library Instructions: Each student is required to complete their semester check-in. Please note the time of your appointment for your semester check-in located on your registration folder. When you are not attending your Check In appointment, please visit the Information Fair and/or the Optional Tours available.
11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.	Optional Tours: Luce Athletics Facility Tour the Luce Athletic Center on a self-guided tour. Visit the gymnasium, weight room, golf simulator, and rock wall. Miller Communication Arts Building Visit the home for Asbury’s communication arts programs and features a 6,050 square foot television studio, film and tv back lots, additional labs, training areas, and the Greathouse Theatre, a 5,122 square foot blackbox theatre. The building serves to provide a realistic atmosphere for students planning to work in communication industries. Please take a walk through the building and experience different artifacts from many different films and television shows. Campus Tour with Admissions Ambassador Join our Ambassador team for a guided tour through main campus. Meet your tour guide at the Asbury Welcome Center located in Corbitt Hall. Enjoy some refreshments in the lobby before your tour. Residence Hall Tours Visit your residence hall, see a model room and meet members of the community life team. Meet in the lobby of Glide Crawford (women), Kresge (women), Johnson (men), or Trustees (men) Equine Center Tour Meet and Greet some Asbury horses and the Director of the Equine Center. This tour is on your own and with your own transportation to the Equine Center. See directions to the Equine Center.
11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.	Lunch Johnson Dining Hall
2 p.m.	Student Athlete Meetings with Team AU Staff Luce Athletic Center
