Sponsored by T.W. Lewis, the gathering welcomed leaders from across Lexington’s business community to explore entrepreneurship, innovation and building companies at scale.
Asbury President Dr. Kevin Brown and Dayton School of Business Dean Robin Lim introduced the event, with Lim then interviewing Lo about his entrepreneurial journey and the opportunities and challenges of leading a business across global markets.
It was wonderful to see so many excellent business and community leaders gathered together."
“We want Asbury to be present in the community, building relationships with outstanding leaders and serving the people who are shaping our economy.”
The gathering reflects Lim’s vision for a continuing series of events that convene business leaders to discuss significant issues facing the marketplace.
“At a time of so much movement and dynamism in the economy, we need spaces where leaders can come together, exchange perspectives and engage with topics that matter,” Lim said. “Our hope is for the Dayton School of Business to help create those conversations and contribute to Lexington’s business community.”
For Lim, this work expresses Asbury’s commitment to academic excellence and spiritual vitality, bringing the strengths of Christian higher education into the wider community.
“We believe our faith should be embodied in the excellence of our work and the way we serve others,” Lim said. “Preparing students to be the best for the world also means being present among the best leaders in our community, learning alongside them, contributing to their work and serving them well.”
