Chrissie Moon lives in Louisville with her husband, Joshua, of nearly 20 years, their three daughters, and a one-year-old black lab. A proud member of Asbury’s Vessel Class of 2005, she is a second-generation Asbury alumna married to a third-generation Asburian.  Chrissie earned her B.A. in Social Work from Asbury College, her M.S.W. from the University of Kentucky, and her M.Ed. in School Counseling from Liberty University. She has served in therapeutic foster care and has 18 years of experience as a high school counselor.  After serving as an online adjunct instructor in Asbury’s Department of Social Work during the past academic year, Chrissie joins the faculty full-time this fall. She recently began her Doctorate of Social Work, with a concentration in Social Work Education, at the University of Kentucky.
