Savanah (Nisbett) Landerholm holds a B.A. in Journalism and International Communications from Asbury University (Fearless Class of 2011), a Master’s degree in International Journalism from Baylor University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Studies and Leadership, also from Baylor. Over the last 12 years, she has worked in Christian academic book publishing at Baylor University Press and then Wipf and Stock Publishers. During that time, Savanah has also taught classes in leadership, professional writing, and publishing at Baylor University. Her book, Beyond Equality (Fortress Press), examines agency, identity, and empowerment in the lives of women leaders, particularly in the academy. She is married to her Asbury-sweetheart, Scott, and delights in her three daughters—Ivy (10), Selah (7), Noelle (4). Savanah enjoys exploring outdoors, going on walks, and reading books.
