Asbury Alumni to gather on campus for worship, recognition, and meaningful reconnection across generations
Each year, Asbury University’s Reunion brings alumni back to campus for a weekend marked by joy, reflection, and renewed connection. This year’s theme, Unwavering, anchors the experience, reminding alumni of the steady faith that impacted their time at Asbury still continues to sustain them today. Designed for graduates across generations, Reunion creates space to celebrate shared experiences, honor meaningful achievements, and rekindle relationships rooted in Christ centered community.
Reunion invites alumni to reconnect with the people and experiences that shaped them while celebrating an unwavering faith that continues to guide their lives.
This year’s schedule offers a rich variety of events that invite both reflection and celebration. Reunion speakers include Dr. Victor Hamilton (Professor Emeritus) and Ryan Bash (Lead Pastor of Brookside Church). The beloved Hymn Sing gathers alumni in a shared expression of worship, uniting voices across decades in songs that have shaped the Asbury experience and pointing hearts back to an unwavering God. The 50th year Reunion will celebrate the Pioneers Class of 1976.
Class years ending in ones and sixes will receive special recognition during the Celebrating 1s and 6s events, offering meaningful moments to reflect on milestones and reconnect with classmates. The Alumni Women’s Choir will bring together generations of women in a powerful musical expression of faith and unity, while WHAM will provide an energetic and engaging opportunity for alumni to connect in a more casual setting.
