Description/Responsibilities:
-Design web pages and email newsletters based on the strategic needs of the client and art direction from senior staff members
-Assists account teams with presentations for creative and new business pitches
-Maintain high skill levels in software programs required to perform assigned job function
-Maintains communication with project managers and accounts teams on status of assignments
-Notifies designated purchasing personnel or creative director when hardware/software requires updating or servicing
-Assists in archiving and maintaining digital files, project hard copies, photography, illustrations, logo art, typestyles, historical collateral samples, etc, of client materials and resources
Requirements/Qualifications:
-An overwhelming desire to create the best websites on the internet and fill in boxes with beautifully effective emails
-Strong Photoshop and other software skills
-Understanding of social networks and be able to follow specifications to design avatars and other associated graphics
-Knowledge of the limitations of current technology including web browser and emails support of HTMLS and CSS3 while striving to get the most out of those limitations
-Motivation to research emerging platforms and share with the team
-The ability to work well under pressure
-A calm, cool and collected demeanor. Some projects have tight deadlines and you will be working on multiple projects every day.
