“Stay Healthy. Stay Here.” Guidelines for a Safe and Healthy Campus this Fall

August 11, 2020

The Asbury University campus is beginning to buzz with students returning over the next few days! With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Asbury has established campus guidelines to help ensure our campus remains healthy and safe. The “Stay Healthy. Stay Here.” guidelines include: maintaining social distance of six feet, wearing masks and washing hands frequently. Additionally, each morning before attending classes, students are asked to login to their campus app and check their FACTSSS. Once the student self-reports that they feel healthy, a “proceed to campus” message will appear on the app. If a student exhibits symptoms or believes they have been exposed to COVID-19, they are asked to remain in their room and contact Student Health Services and their Residential Director. Following these guidelines will help ensure Asbury University is a healthy campus to learn and work.  Check out the video below featuring Dr. Brown, Dr. Wooster and Dr. Baldwin on some of the new Stay Healthy, Stay Here guidelines.  #StayHealthyStayHere
