Asbury University recognizes that technology is an integral part of education. Technology resources for education continue to evolve and offer an ever growing ability to positively impact productivity and enhance student experience and learning.
The Information Technology Services Help Desk provides walk-in, phone in, and e-mail based support on hardware and software for students, faculty and staff. Full time technicians, I.T. support staff, and lab assistants are available to assist and train faculty, staff, and students in the use of technology.
Additionally, Help Desk staff work closely with the Learning Resources team for Classroom Emergency response in order to minimize technical outages during class. The Help Desk staff is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and support for faculty, staff and students on each of our campuses.
