Health Services Info for Parents

Welcome, Parents!

We are so pleased that your son or daughter is attending Asbury University! Our Health Services Clinic offers healthcare to your student while they’re enrolled at Asbury. All currently enrolled undergraduate students carrying at least 9 credit hours have privileges to be seen at Health Services clinic by merit of the tuition they pay, regardless of their health insurance.

Our staff consists of two registered nurses who work under the guidance of the University Physician to provide comprehensive health care and health education for the Asbury University community. The physician is on campus 10 hours per week for appointments and is available to the nurses for consultation by phone. A visit to the nurse or doctor for treatment of illnesses and injuries is free, but there may be a nominal charge (PDF) for such things as physicals, laboratory tests, and some medications. We also offer free health education programs and health information.

Asbury University requires all students to have health insurance. Read more information here.

Should you have any questions or concerns for which you cannot find answers on the Health Services website, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re glad to help you.
