1. Responsible for the assisting in the planning and execution of all Chamber events and meetings, including but not limited to: • Rooster Booster • Annual Awards Dinner • Golf Classic • Monthly Luncheons 2. Retention support, including monitoring, phone calls and follow-up as assigned. 3. Primary responsibility for Chamber website maintenance and updating. 4. Primary responsibility for Chamber database maintenance, input and reporting. 5. Coordinates with the Chamber team and assists the CEO in executing the Chamber's calendar and communication tools, including • Website • Facebook, LinkedIn • Twitter account • Constant Contact email system • Surveys and other online tools • Responsibility for writing, monitoring and managing creative content with all partners on publications such as, but not limited to: o Weekly Chamber email to members o Monthly Chamber Chat newsletter o Jessamine Resource Guide 6. Support of the Chamber Board, including meeting preparations and distribution of materials, and maintenance of bylaws. 7. Maintains Chamber calendar for members, and coordinates Chamber team calendars for meetings and events. 8. Front-line customer service in the office, which includes answering and distribution of all incoming phone calls to the Chamber office. 9. Maintains and orders as needed necessary office supplies, including printed Chamber materials such as stationary, envelopes, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience • Minimum three years office coordination experience • Experience working with website and database management tools • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team • Strong computer skills • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
