1. Develop and execute an overall business strategy for student ministry biblical worldview and leadership development events and curriculum. This would include but not be limited to: a. Create revenue-producing biblical worldview and leadership development events for students. b. Lead development and implementation of worldview and leadership development events for students. c. Make strategic recommendations and implement strategy regarding potential student worldview and leadership curriculum development. 2. Create operating budgets and control expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility for the programs. 3. Hire, develop and lead team of staff and volunteers in execution of the program. 4. Develop and execute a marketing strategy that builds brand equity and ensures maximum program participation.
-Master's degree in a relates field (such as Christian Education, Apologetics, or Theology) or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully performing the essential functions of the job. -Eight or more years of professional experience (for example: college or youth work, academics dedicated toward leadership, apologetics, theology, or youth/young adult education, large group event planning, curriculum development, etc.) in either or combination of: -Development and delivery of curriculum for age-appropriate audiences -Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for process-driven events -Developing online and distance learning strategies -At least two years of demonstrated skills in supervising teams and organizational and interpersonal communication. -An evangelical believer practicing an active faith in a New Testament-based denomination in agreement with the foundation's Statement of faith and practicing Jesus-like lifestyle, supports the vision, values and philosophy of the foundation. -Preferred Qualification: Previous professional or volunteer experience with young adults and/or students.
