Andrew Miller is a 2011 graduate of Asbury University. In 2009, he began working for Asbury University's ITS Department as a student sound technician. Prior to completing his studies at Asbury, he accepted a position full-time in Information Technology Services as the Help Desk Support Specialist. In October of 2013, he was promoted to Help Desk Technician. In October 2015 he was promoted again to Learning Resources Manager. He lives in Wilmore with his wonderful wife Hannah, who teaches at a local elementary school, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Copper.
As Learning Resources Manager, he functions as a variety of support (Tier 1, 2 & 3) for different systems and services within Information Technology Services.
Andrew is also Dell Certified in DPP, Desktops, Notebooks, & Printers.
