Campus welcomes Student Life Camps

WILMORE, KY—This week July 17-21, Asbury College welcomes more than 975 high school and middle school students from across the country for a week of fun, worship and Bible study.

For the fifth year, “Student Life” ministries is using the College’s campus to host a week-long youth camp. “Student Life” builds upon the the weekly theme by bringing some of the country’s best worship leaders. They incorporate praise and worship, Bible study, service and teambuilding for personal growth and development.

In addition, groups from eight different states will work with 16 local organizations this week including the Ronald McDonald House, The Salvation Army, the Lexington Rescue Mission and Ichthus ministries to complete service-oriented work.

These camps, held in several locations around the country, encourage students and youth pastors to go deeper in their relationship with the Lord and each other.
