High School Rock Climbing Camp – Asbury University

This camp will be available for registrants of high school age, upcoming 9th graders or above will qualify for this camp.

Asbury University Center for Adventure Leadership is proud to introduce a Rock Climbing Camp this summer. In this camp the camper will experience both rock climbing outside as well as rustic car camping for their 3 day-2 night stay. Campers will learn basic rock climbing movement, basic technical skills for climbing, risk awareness, decision making skills, and camp craft during this camp. This is a limited space camp with a high instructor to student ratio.  This camp will be directed by our AMGA (American Mountain Guide Association) single pitch instructor as well as trained staff. Campers will meet at Asbury on Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. and will be done by Thursday evening at 6 p.m. All meals provided Tuesday lunch through Thursday dinner. All camping and climbing equipment rentals included. No experience required.

Cost: $200 per camper
