Multiple Asbury Reunion Events to be Streamed Live – Asbury University

Alumni enjoy the Old-Fashioned Hymn Sing during Reunion 2015. This year, the Old-Fashioned Hymn Sing and other events will also be streamed live online.

WILMORE, Ky. — Can’t make it to Asbury University’s Reunion 2016 this weekend (June 23-26)? You can still join in the celebration! Several Reunion events in Hughes Auditorium will be streamed live and available for viewing online at asbury.edu/watchlive.

The following Reunion events will be available for viewing online:

  • 6/24 — Chapel with Rurel Ausley ’76, lead pastor at Crosspoint, a multi-site United Methodist Congregation in the Florida Panhandle (10 a.m.)
  • 6/24 —  Old-Fashioned Hymn Sing and Awards Ceremony, recognizing A-Award, Young Alum and Volunteer of the Year Award recipients (7:30 p.m.)
  • 6/25  — Chapel with Jeannie Banter ’06, assistant Campus Chaplain at Asbury University (10 a.m.)
  • 6/25 — Public Launch of Ignited: The Campaign for Asbury University (7:30 p.m.)

Kicking off on Thursday, Asbury University’s Reunion 2016 will bring more than 1,000 guests to campus for a weekend of fellowship and celebration. Alumni from all class years are invited to Reunion, and registered guests this year range from the Class of 1946 to the Class of 2015. Pre-registration for Reunion is no longer open, but on-site registration will open at 2 p.m. on June 23.
