Prior to tip-off, representatives from the Asbury Admissions Office distributed nearly 200 free t-shirts outside the gym at West Jessamine to high school students attending the game. High school students received an “Asbury College’s County Clash” t-shirt in either Colt-red or Jaguar-green by signing up to receive more information about Asbury College.

The Admissions Office wanted to increase involvement in significant local events.

“We value our location in Jessamine County and are excited about the opportunity to build on our relationships with local families,” said Ron Anderson, director of admissions and financial aid. “And with about 50 majors, competitive intercollegiate athletics and outstanding programs, we know we have great opportunities to offer high school students in Jessamine County in terms of Christian higher education.”
