Academic advising from a distance
- Discuss registration with students by phone, email, or Zoom.
- Access your advisees’ academic audit, transcript, and schedules through the Portal under “Advisor Services”.
- Major and minor sheets are available on the Registrar page of Asbury’s website.
- View the schedule on the Portal.
- Contract forms for Independent/Directed Study courses are available on Registrar page or upon request to Registrar@asbury.edu and can be returned to the Registrar’s Office as an attached document since no private information is given.
- Approvals for contracts can be given through Asbury email if written signature/scanning is a problem.

1. Download this Word file of the Foundations Sheet.
2. On the Word file, you can mark an “x” by the courses that a student has already completed.
3. Highlight the courses that a student is currently in.
4. Email this file to the student.
