Having trouble figuring out what your professional organization is? Contact Career & Calling or talk to your academic advisor.

▾ Talk to people

In the world of career, we call this, “informational interviewing.” This is a fancy way to say, “ask people about the work they do, how they got into the line of work, what they like about it and what they do not.” Informational interviews are a great way to explore career options. They are also a great way to build your network.

Spiritual Life

In this new reality of Spring Semester 2020, the Office of Spiritual Life is committed to connecting in ‘virtual ways’ and turning to Jesus through new means – like a Zoom call! Our campus leadership is excited to reconnect on March 30, and we’ve created daily opportunities to grow in Christ together. Community has always been an Asbury strength and we’ll thrive in virtual community together!

This Wednesday, March 25 at 10 a.m., we’re excited to kickoff Chapel Online and hear from Dr. Kevin J. Brown, with a word of encouragement.

For the next six weeks through the last week of classes, Chapel will post each Wednesday at 10 a.m. with a twelve to fifteen minute message bringing Scripture alive, forming us in the image of Jesus Christ, and encouraging us to live out of our Encounter with Him.

Starting Monday, March 30, we’ve designed one connection point for every day of the week. Please make note of these opportunities for ‘virtual spiritual vitality’ – including a weekly Chapel Message, Zoom Prayer Gathering, Ephesians Bible Study, and Coffee with the Chaplains. The Spiritual Life team is completely available to schedule one-on-one times as well – simply email or
