Register online for a campus visit

How to Register for a Visit:

Read the list of available options below so you know what to select on your registration form. Use the calendar to find/select your visit date and access the registration form for that day.

A typical campus visit lasts at least 3-4 hours and includes:

    • a 45-minute campus tour (including a residence hall tour)

    • a meeting with an Admissions Counselor (including financial aid info)

Please add an additional hour to your visit for each of the following activities you choose to add to your schedule.

    Chapel

All campus visits scheduled over the 10:00 AM hour on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday when classes are in session will include Chapel. You can view the Chapel schedule here.

    Lunch

Campus visits scheduled over the noon hour during the school year will include a free lunch in the cafeteria. Please let us know how many people will be in your group so we can prepare your meal tickets.

    Attend Class

You are welcome to sit in on one or more classes while you are here. This is a great opportunity to explore possible majors and see what life is like for our current students. The available classes within your chosen department will be communicated to you by our Visit Team when you arrive on campus and check in for your visit.
    • Please add an additional hour to your visit for each class you plan to attend.

    Meet With:

    • A professor - to discuss major options within that department
    • An athletic coach - to talk about the recruitment process

    Visiting on Saturday

We offer a limited campus visit option on some Saturdays. You can choose to arrive at 9:00, 10:00 or 11:00 in the morning for a campus tour, and select Saturdays include an option to meet with an Admissions Counselor. Other activities are generally not available on Saturdays.

Visiting When Classes Are Not In Session

We offer campus visits throughout the year - as long as the Admissions Office is open - so campus visits can be scheduled throughout the summer and on select other days when classes are not in session (such as Fall Break). Attending Chapel or classes are not options on these days, and meeting with a professor or coach is dependent on their availability. We will do the best we can to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee any activities other than your campus tour and meeting with an Admissions Counselor.
    • Please note that a free meal is not included in your visit during the summer, Christmas break and spring break as the cafeteria is not open during these times.
