Group Visits

It’s hard to beat the experience of seeing Asbury for the first time with those you know best! We are happy to arrange group visits from schools, youth groups or other youth organizations. All group visits include a campus tour and a group Admissions meeting to discuss the admissions process and financial aid.

Know before you visit:

• Visits on Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings during the school year will include chapel if you arrive before 10 a.m.
• Visits on weekdays during the school year can include attending class (depending on your group size).
• Visits during the school year can include a free lunch in the dining hall for high school aged students.

Depending on the interests and size of your group, we do have some additional activities available, and if you’re looking to fill up a whole day, check out Asbury’s Challenge Course as an option!

Sign up today! To schedule a group visit, email visit@asbury.edu with your preferred visit date and the estimated group size. Our Visit Coordinator will contact you to make the arrangements and confirm the date.
